01. DO YOU OFFER WEDDING CALLIGRAPHY?
I sure do, but keep in mind that I only offer day-of-wedding calligraphy items such as table numbers, place cards, escort cards,  signage and personalized gift messages. I do NOT offer wedding stationary and full wedding invitation suites. You can check my services and inquire if this is something you would be interested in. 

02. HOW LONG IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?
This can vary, depending on the details and complexity but please allow approximately 2-3 weeks turn around for custom orders. Please note that orders requiring less than 2 weeks will incur a rush fee.

03. CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
If your handwritten calligraphy order has not yet been processed, you can cancel your order by contacting us via email with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your custom order has been processed, unfortunately full or partial refunds is not available due to the nature of the item(s).

04. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately not, current shipping is only for locals or pick up.
